We have shipped out thousands of packages and have never had any problems with our shipping as it is very quick and extremely effective so we are very confident with USPS and only use them as outlined in the auction. 2. Can I get free shipping or will you sell to me for less then your buy it now price? Sorry but NO. Our best price is always the Buy it Now Price. We do not respond to nor accept best offers so please do not waste your time emailing us offering a lower price, your best offer, or free shipping for a product. 3. Can I change my shipping address AFTER I have already completed and submitted the payment? Per Paypals rules; NO. No exceptions. 4. Can I pay with something other then PayPal? A money order or check? Sorry but NO. We accept payments by Paypal ONLY. 5. Can I have the package sent to a hotel that I am staying at for a few days? Sorry but NO. We have had this request numerous times and since we do not control the delivery speed of USPS we can not guarantee the exact day and time that an item will be delivered so we do not ship to hotels. 6. When will my package be shipped? How will I know when it has been shipped? Right Away! All packages are shipped out within 24 hours of receiving payment if not the same day M-F (excluding holidays) as we are shipping items out daily M-F (excluding holidays). An email confirmation will be sent to the email that you have listed on your Paypal account once your item has been shipped confirming the shipment of your order. This email is automated and is always sent to the email that you have listed on your Paypal account. 7. I'm missing my tracking number / delivery confirmation number? Did you send it? I paid for the item 24 hours ago and I still don't have it? Where is it? Yes we sent it; check your email that you have listed on your Paypal Account. Check your spam / bulk folder. This is completely automated and they are ALWAYS sent to the email that you have listed on your Paypal account. It can take up to 24 hours from the time an item is shipped to register into the USPS online system so please wait at least 2 business days M-F from the time you make payment for an item before emailing us with any concerns about not receiving your shipment confirmation. 8. The tracking number / delivery confirmation you gave me doesn't work? I can't track my package domestically day by day? Why not? Yes it does work and it is NOT a real time in transit tracking number because USPS does not offer real time in transit tracking numbers for anything other then Overnight Express Mail for domestic packages. USPS Priority mail uses what is called delivery confirmation numbers which is what that number is and they work very well. You can check them online at USPS.com but you CAN NOT track these confirmation numbers day by day while in transit. The confirmation number is to ensure when the package was delivered and the delivery details of it but it will only show this information after it has already been delivered. 9. I checked the tracking number / delivery confirmation number that I received by email and it only says "USPS was electronically notified on "X" date by the shipper to expect your package for mailing" on the USPS website but it does not actually tell me the EXACT day that you shipped my item? Did you ship my order out yet? If so when? (For Domestic Shipments) This is because USPS Priority Mail uses delivery confirmation numbers which as stated above; they can not be tracked while in transit because USPS does not offer real time tracking for anything other then Overnight Express Mail for Domestic packages. This message "USPS was electronically notified by the shipper on "X" date to expect your package for mailing" is usually all that will show up online until your package has been delivered because packages are scanned when they are delivered to confirm delivery details like date, location, and time; which is what delivery confirmation numbers are for. All packages are shipped out within 24 hours of receiving payment (1 business day) if not the same day M-F (excluding holidays). 10. When can I expect my order? How long does it take? Usually only 2-3 Business Days from the shipping date for Domestic; 5-7 Business Days from the shipping date for International. (It is always from the shipping date; NOT the payment date) Rates are quoted by USPS.com and we have no control over the speed of them. Holidays can slow this timeframe up and some domestic areas in the US can take longer depending on where they are located at. So please wait at least 5 business days from the date of your shipment for domestic packages and 10 business days from the date of your shipment for international packages before emailing us with any concerns about not receiving your package. It is always from the date of your shipment (24 hours after payment M-F); NOT from the date of your payment. 11. Where is my order? Can you track it for me and tell me where it is? It has been 3 days or more since I paid for my item. I read the shipping and it says that it only takes 2-3 business days so why is it not here yet? The tracking number shows the same thing it did yesterday? Why? (For Domestic shipments) You can not track domestic packages while in transit day by day as USPS does not offer real time in transit tracking for anything other the Overnight Express Mail. It usually will not show anything different until the package has been delivered which is what delivery confirmation numbers are for. So please wait for at least 5 business days from the date of your shipment (24 Hours after payment M-F) before emailing us with any concerns about not receiving your package. It usually only takes 2-3 business days (but can take longer for some areas) for a package to be delivered but that is from the date it is shipped; NOT from the day that you make payment. For International shipments; we only use USPS Express Mail International which is extremely fast but we have not control over customs or how long they take; so please understand this and be patient in receiving your order if you are outside of United States. We apologize but the speed of customs is out of our control. We ship within 24 hours of payment M-F (excluding holidays). 12. I want to make sure everything was fine with my payment and you got my package mailed out on time? If there is anything wrong with your payment then you will be notified by email explaining the problem and requesting the correction for it. You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped. Items are shipped out within 24 hours of receiving payment M-F (excluding holidays) and we are very good about that. 13. My package is really expensive and I want to make sure that it is properly taken care of and shipped correctly?
