Cart: This machine is a 2006 E-Z-GO TXT electric golf cart.   This machine was an E-Z-GO factory lease that was turned back in from the golf course.  It was then completely gone through by E-Z-GO and any issues that it may have had were corrected by them.   They then sell them at dealer auction and that is where we purchased it.   This machine has a key switch, forward and reverse function and does include the very expensive E-Z-GO automatic batter charger.   All you have to do is plug it in and the charger knows when to turn itself on and off.   This machine does include a nice bag cover and a fold down windshield as well. Condition: This car is in excellent, near new condition.  It obviously has not been abused.    It runs perfectly in both forward and reverse and looks great.    The tires show very little wear and it has no issues at all.    It does have a couple very minor paint scuffs that I included close up pictures of.  They are very minor but I wanted you to see for yourself.  This is the actual unit for sale, not one of a lot full where you may get stuck with a junker when you arrive.   Read my feedback and you will see that I represent my machines honestly.   This is a very nice cart that anyone would be proud to own. Overall: Overall this is a very nice cart that will make someone very happy.  No games here, it will sell.  As for transaction details, I am located in Sadieville, Kentucky (40370).  We are right off Interstate 75, 25 miles North of Lexington KY and 60 South of Cincinnati, OH.  My preference is that you pick this machine up with cash but we will also accept a certified check.   I am willing to ship it but you must make the arrangements.   Kentucky residents will be required to pay 6% state sales tax on top of the final bid amount.   We do not collect sales tax from out of state bidders and there are no other fees of any kind. I don't require a deposit but if we ship, it must be paid in full first.   This cart does come with the factory E-Z-GO certificate of origin and a bill of sale.  I do guarantee it to be free and clear of any and all liens.  Lastly, I welcome your questions and pre-sale inspections, but it is used, so once it leaves here it is as-is.   Thanks and happy bidding.
